01

Who is PCC Wealth Partners?

Duane and Phillip founded PCC Wealth Partners, an independent financial services firm aligned with LPL Financial. Our team handles hiring, training, staff management, and operational expenses. We follow FINRA and SEC governance standards.

As financial advisors, Duane and Phillip, with their staff, aim to deliver comprehensive service. We chose LPL Financial for its resources, reputation, technology, investment
platform, and cost structure.

Our firm independently sets its service model, operations, and fees. As owners, we can hire more staff and improve our services. We cover most expenses ourselves rather than passing them to clients, promoting transparency and simplicity while fostering strong client relationships.

02

Why Caring?

We specialize in personal finance, which allows us to build strong relationships with and advocate for our clients. Over the past few decades, we have supported clients during market downturns, health issues, and bereavements. Our entire staff is committed to
providing the standard of care that our clients deserve. Life can be short and fragile, and this understanding informs our approach. We allocate extra time and attention to detail for all appropriate reasons. While we cannot control the markets, economy, or elections, we
can control our actions and responses to our clients.

03

Why Comprehensive?

Financial planning includes six areas with various subsets. Duane and Phillip earned their CFP designations to master these concepts for client work. This process builds confidence between clients and advisors. Collaborating with clients' tax preparers, estate professionals, and families exemplifies professionalism.

04

Why is "Partners” in your name?

This was Summer’s idea. She heard conversations between Duane and Phillip and suggested that the term "partners" accurately reflects the collaborative relationship with clients in creating and maintaining wealth. The concept of partnership is central to the
service provided to clients.

05

Are your Advisors fiduciaries?

The word "fiducia" comes from Latin, meaning "trust" or "confidence." In theology, especially in Reformed Protestant thinking, it signifies personal trust in God's promises and faith in Jesus Christ. Fiducia is one of three components of saving faith, alongside notitia
(knowledge) and assensus (belief). 4.

In legal and financial settings, fiducia refers to a trust relationship where a fiduciary manages assets for someone else's benefit in an advisory relationship, stressing their duty to act in the beneficiary's best interest.

As advisors, our main role is to act as fiduciaries for our advisory clients, always prioritizing our clients' best interests. We provide comprehensive planning, investment management, and other services. Each firm and advisor offers different services, fees, and additional items.

We aim to excel in exceptional service, which is a significant advantage of being independent advisors.
